Cancellations: Due to Odd Notions Studio's order shipping process, cancellations of orders will only be accepted within the first 24 hours following order placement. Cancellation requests submitted after the first 24 hours following order placement will be denied, and customer will be asked to submit a return request once item is received.
Returns: Odd Notions Studio accepts return requests submitted within 10 business days immediately following order delivery. Any return requests submitted after 10 business days immediately following order delivery will be denied. Buyer is responsible for shipping return item(s) to Odd Notions Studio. A refund of the full cost of the item(s), not including rush shipping costs, will be applied within 24-48 hours following the item(s) delivery to Odd Notions Studio.
